Apparently Women Hungry Easily


Scientists have been studying the human brain to show that the male brain is able to control hunger for food, whereas women can not control the hunger. By using the technique of Positron Emission Tomography (PET), researchers were able to trace the brain of glucose utilization of men and women of the volunteers. The volunteers were asked to try to suppress their hunger on food served to them.

The author Gene-Jack Wang said that, "Although women say they do not feel hungry when I try to keep their hunger for food, their brains will respond to eat if the travel distance. In contrast, the male brain will show a decrease in line with their own busy . The feeling of hunger during scanning when they were asked to hold hunger in check "

The researchers hope this information can be used to develop several types of drugs or drug therapy for those suffering from obesity. This study also provides information about why women are not regular diet as compared with men.
